These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Weddings in Luxembourg (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") through our website www.weddings-in-luxembourg.com. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services
We offer wedding photography and related services to clients in Luxembourg. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website.

3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can only be made by contacting us directly through the website, email, or phone. Payments cannot be made through the website. A booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit payment has been received. Full payment is due 30 days after the event.

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the event for a full refund of the deposit.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing us with accurate information and access to locations for photography.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or other emergencies that may affect the delivery of our services.

7. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
